Chickpea stew



Chickpea stew

Chickpea halves
2 red onions
½ zucchini
1 chili
2 carrots
Curry paste
Vegetable stock powder
Cardamon
Lemon grass
Garlic
Tofutti garlic cream
Water & Oil

- Fry the onions,garlic, chili and curry paste in oil
- Add the chickpeas and after a while the water
- Put in the chopped carrots, the grated zucchini and spices
- At the end, add the tofutti cream and let it simmer until the peas are soft.

I ate it with hummus, bread and salad. Enjoy!
